I missed traveling. I already ate 900 calories so my dinner is grilled tofu and grilled asparagus. I make a sauce with lemon juice, garlic for the asparagus. Tomorrow is a big day, I will receive a phone call from my doctor.

I didn’t eat asparagus for like 8 years because it makes you stink but It’s a superfood and very low on calories.

While I was sick with COVID 19 I ate mac and cheese almost every night for supper because it was quick and easy to make so I didn’t have to be in the kitchen long

I never made them, but I can assume it’s a lot like crepes.
You just make little pockets of dough and fill them with meat.
Fry or boil to perfection.
IMO.
