Late night hockey game tonight and to avoid the munchies I’d like to eat something more healthy than a bag of chips. So here’s what I’m thinking.
Oatmeal with maple syrup and 1%
Scrambled eggs with salsa and cheese
Greek coconut yogurt with granola
Tuna and cheese crispy wrap
Toasted salmon sandwich
Hot and spicy ramen soup
Greek yogurt used to be my go-to snack. I haven’t had it in a little while, but it’s sounding good to me right now.

I’m not fussy about food but cottage cheese is right up there with raisins. Nope can’t do it

I’m trying to move towards healthier eating so I’m slowly gathering food. I’m like a chipmunk lol

I love cottage cheese, preferably large curd, but I go full-fat with it. I’m the same with ricotta cheese, has to be whole milk ricotta, none of that part-skim stuff. Your way is healthier, though.

I admittedly wouldn’t eat any, but I chose scrambled eggs because I like them- just not with salsa. I eat breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and cheese. They are the best!

I went for the oatmeal as it is the most likely to give you a good night’s sleep.
