Mushroom, caramelised onion, goats cheese, thin crust. Topped with chilli garlic oil.

White sauce, red sauce…
Meat, no meat…
Lots of veggies, just a few…
It honestly depends on my mood and the pizza place.
But one thing is always certain: must have extra cheese, please!

I used to make pizzas for a living. I had a soft spot for goat cheese with sun-dried tomatoes.
I also had one with the GF that was mandarins and spinach, quite special.
Today it’s mostly meat lover’s, even if I’m ashamed!

Domino’s deep dish pizza with spinach, mushrooms, pepperoni, and extra robust sauce. It has to properly glisten with grease and the crust must crackle with fat.
