Yeah. I do that a lot. I usually get sugar free strawberry jelly and natural peanut butter because it has low sugar. Good things.
Protein Powder, canned tomatoes/tomato sauce, canned chicken and canned tuna. Black olives are also a must, also must have pickles always stocked up. I’m doing keto so I don’t have like any rice, pasta or beans or anything like that.
frozen pork patties from the food bank…always in abundance…tabasco sauce and tapatio sauce for my eggaritos…eggs…peanut butter…uncooked northern beans…mayo, sliced cheese (grilled cheese sandwiches), milk and bread.
oatrmeal, coffee, i like olives as well tho i dont always have them
Dates to dip in sunflower seed butter or trader joes cookie butter.
Fresh turkey usually for turkey sandwich
We usually keep a lot of tuna in the pantry, along with garbanzo and/or cannellini beans, and a couple cartons of chicken broth.
@Schztuna ooh you reminded me of a garbanzo bean salad my first wife used to make all the time…all it is is garbanzo beans, shredded cheddar cheese and balsamic vinegar…delicous !! I’m going to eat that again now !!

Brown rice is typically sitting on my microwave surface.
My main staples are eggs, milk, coffee, sugar, and bread. I’m living in the early 1900’s lol nah.
Why am I not surprised?
My dad’s old gf used to make tuna rolls and we’d pour cream of chicken soup over them. Yummy
Eggs, milk, kidney beans, and Greek yogurt. Lately i also have chocolate flavored protein drinks.
