all kinds… 151515q5q5
I used to meditate a lot when I was Catholic and wanted to be a nun. That was before my relapse.
Nowadays the only meditation I do is the Islamic one called thikr where I use prayer beads and say “There is no God but God” in Arabic over and over. Sometimes I think of one of God’s 99 names as well but it’s usually the former.
My mum gave me a yoga nidra CD with swami many years ago.
It is really good but I was so sick back then that my body was hysterically tense and could not relax and I was hearing stuff back then.
I recently bought one CD for my fathers birthday gift and one for me,
I have difficulties meditating but my mum is yogi and always meditates.
None. My brain is too active and I can’t even count breathes before failing!
I just zone out and find music helps. I go to bed with a radio on and music is my friend!
Tai chi is a physical exercise. It was good when i did it.
Also guided meditations are nice. I saw and felt angels. But those are extreme.
I like dancing by the meditaton drum music.
And watching a video of a fire with native american flute music.
