I went jogging today - I LOVE jogging! + I feel AWESOME! 
Coloring. Hot baths. The ocean. Puppies. I’m really craving some soda right now but I have none.
Playing with my pets, good food, coffee, tea, flowers, hiking, smelling candles at the dollar store. 
listening to music, playing with my dog, watching sports on TV. Pretty limited these days in what gives me satisfaction
Heck yeah! Running makes me feel alive!
And beautiful scenery. Really nice vibrant colors in general that I can just look at. Also brings out the kid in me.

Visiting my parents
visits from my family, visits from my hospice workers, visits from my friend/cleaning lady, visits from my health coach. Coffee, good movie, books (which i haven’t read for awhile), sunshine, sounds of birds, music, scented bath, candles, heated blanket or pad, my dog, smiles.
It used to be lounging on the couch with my dog.
Carbs like pasta or pizza!
Coffee used to make me feel good, not so much anymore.
