What kind of meditation do you do?

I used to do zazen but now I just go outside and play Native American Flute. I probably have Lymes now from all my time sitting on the grass.

I do timed mindfulness meditation with a timer, and also guided mindfulness meditation with human guides. I love both kinds. I do these twice a day for 11 to 20 minutes each time everyday. It really helps with my mood control and my cognitive status and helps decrease my migraines and arthritis pain. It helps control my appetite too. I think it has played a great part in eliminating my chronic paranoia also. I use the meditation app www.InsightTimer.com It is a great app that has thousands of free guided meditations and also timed meditations and also has a great, supportive meditation community of millions all over the globe.

I just lie down and do breathing excercises along with meditation. This heals the entire nervous system and the pranic body. It’s a slow but sure process…The point in meditation is to just be and observe.
