I grew up on the Warner Bros cartoons.
My all time favorite though is The Venture Brothers.
It’s sort of an adult animated series, and it is sort of a throwback to a lot of old science fiction culture.
Great animation though, and very funny.

Adult cartoons: South Park, Family Guy is still okay, American Dad, Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
Children’s: SpongeBob, Looney Tunes, Animaniacs. Rugrats was pretty good, too.
