Yeah no red bull though. I drank a can before an interview an was a wreck. Maybe coffee isn’t the best idea if you’re sensitive to caffeine though.

My current employer asked if id read through there website, then they asked me who i thought there biggest customers were (it didnt list any companies just areas of work). I was bang on with identifying that.

My manager also said I looked terrified  which I was! I took 2 propranolols before it too lol, I hadnt done an interview in 11 years and had no idea what to do going into it. I also had just come out of an episode a month prior.

I think if someone has the money or knows someone, take some interview prep course or mock interviews. It will relieve the uncertainty a bit.

I would keep it more vague and generalized. Like “I struggled with some mental health issues but I am doing better now and feel capable to work.”

Be confident and project that. Listen to what your asked and respond positively and use your experience.

We all have experience and most interviews are on your confidence. You have the experience. Trust in yourself!

I also found 2 gray hairs on my head this morning!!!

Hi thanks everyone I really appreciate the smart advice. I did not pass the job interview but I did pass the first stage which was the role play.

The interviewer said that she enjoyed talking with me but I don’t have the expertise for the job as much as others
