When i can’t swallow, this triggers my panic attack. I try putting water in my mouth so i cant swallow. Every time without putting water in my mouth and i try to swallow i cant and it makes my condition worse. It is hard to laydown with water in my mouth though.

Hey there, sometimes lack of swallowing is a reflex action brought on by a med change. I had this happen once. It’s very distressing, and I know where you’re coming from. Have you had a med change lately?

From clozaril, temazapam, lorazapam to cloxaril and busbar
Do you mean clopixol? If so, then right there is your problem. I had the same when switching from a new med to an older med. It should go away within a day or so. 
Hang in there. If it doesn’t resolve quickly, I’d head to the Emergency Room.
Omg I get nervous when that happens too.
