Driving home from Chicago today. We are in Indiana eating at Bob Evans right now.
I need 9.5 hours of sleep every night. One of my pdoc’s told me I needed that much and he was right. I really do.
I only got 6 or so hours of sleep. I’m transitioning to night shift next week, so I went to bed late. But for today…
- Go to the local health store and get some NAC. Apparently it’s commonly available, while sarcosine is not.
- Wash some clothes at the laundromat.
- Listen to some music/watch tv/play a game.
I need to make banana pudding before my bananas go bad,
And help my mother in law take a shower
