What is on your to-do list for today?

Driving home from Chicago today. We are in Indiana eating at Bob Evans right now.

I need 9.5 hours of sleep every night. One of my pdoc’s told me I needed that much and he was right. I really do.

I only got 6 or so hours of sleep. I’m transitioning to night shift next week, so I went to bed late. But for today…

  1. Go to the local health store and get some NAC. Apparently it’s commonly available, while sarcosine is not.
  2. Wash some clothes at the laundromat.
  3. Listen to some music/watch tv/play a game.

I need to make banana pudding before my bananas go bad,

And help my mother in law take a shower :expressionless:
