Like the telling of any story, you are lifted out of reality into the reality of the tale. Is this good? It’s like believing in Santa Claus. Sometime there becomes a time when it can no longer be accepted. And we feel like we were betrayed by people hiding truths. A sadder but wiser child we become.

I do believe music is like telling a story. However I also believe some music can exceed the limits of the creators monologue. Music is powerful and needs to be respected

I like to expose myself to all music as it is a universal way of sharing with others
If you can enjoy the music someone listens to you have something to share and relate to with them
My big crutch right now is that I am not listening to enough classical music and am trying to find some good stations on Pandora subscription music app and take a couple hours here and there to expose myself to it more
