Yes, it is not my favourite experience either. 
My social worker recently said she wanted my mind (intellect, etc). I told her she could have it. And that she has no clue what she wishes for.

To me, sz feels numb.

To me it feels like ADHD on steroids.
Also it feels like sensory overload.
With trouble watching tv or reading books.
I’m trying though.
