Yes, but it’s more important to have safe injection sites for druggies and transgendered bathrooms. Better to let mentally ill homeless die on the streets. Thank gawd for the Salvation Army – they got me off the streets when social services didn’t.

I think I heard somewhere that some Scandinavian country provided free basic housing for their homeless. And saved money.
