i wish they could stop limiting posts to 15 letters or more 
why is that even a rule?
this site doesn’t like short concise replies. it’d prefer we talk a lot of ■■■■. so any response less than 15 characters will not post.
therefore when a poster just says something concise they will often add 151515 to get to the 15 characters necessary to post a acceptable reply.

You have to post a minimum of 15 characters. So some people just say “151515” to pad out their posts.
