I am old and don’t get all the internet intonations and slang. What does the repeated 15 stand for or imply please? Help out an old timer who still plays on the PS4…

This site has a feature whereby the minimum length of a reply is 15 characters. So people who have a reply of less than 15 characters “pad” out the reply usually with “151515”.

I don’t understand what does it mean?
If, for example I respond to this post with less than 15 characters, the page will remind me i need at least 15 characters to post the message, hence typing 1515 until 15 characters are used up.
