OOOOh might want to reconsider the red. If you happen to have a surprise colonoscopy(it could happen), the red dye is a nono.

Very true. Due to my digestive issues, it would all come out red. My GI team would lose their minds. :joy::joy::joy: then I’d get the colonoscopy for sure.
