I really like a burger bar we have downtown. They use ground beef with a 25%/75% ratio and it is really good and juicy. I did however get food poisoning from them once but it was my fault for wanting to try a rare burger lol.
Thereās a place in our little town that has a burger called the Touchdown. It has bacon and onion rings. Its so good! $10.75 and comes with fries.

Yes gourmet burgers are amazing! My favorite is freshly ground beef for the patties because the already made patties suck. Add some beef cheek or pork belly and yum fest! But Iām a chef so itās hard not to be impartial!
