Nothing. There are plenty of alternatives to get caffeine from and I don’t like the taste.

I really like coffee. Some days at work I have a really great coffee, especially during the winter when I come in the morning. Nice and warm and energizing!

I usually only drink 1 large cup in the morning, a travel mug. Then I switch to tea.

The caffeine boost wakes me up in the morning and I like the taste (although some coffee I’ve tried is nasty tasting)

I put Splenda Sweetener and 5% cream in it.

Some doctors say people with schizophrenia should never drink coffee and then they give us sleep inducing meds. I always have food on my stomach to ward off the jitters but need antacid during the day. I can drink 8 cups and go right to sleep.

I like the ritual of going out for coffee and witnessing the performance of the barista, which builds in an extra layer of anticipation. Not the most economical option out there, but luckily I’m friends with a cafe owner.
