I mostly drink seltzer water, but I’m trying to expand my horizons with iced tea and kombucha.

At home I just drink tap water, at work it’s a lot of latte macchiato and after the gym I induldge myself some zero drinks. My favourite zero drinks are cola cherry of different brands
I got a cheap juicer the other day. Been juicing celelery, carrots, oranges, beetroot. So good!

When I was in hospital they asked me why I drink so much. I thought that it was their job to tell me!
I used to ask staff to make me 3 drinks at a time so they got a bit irritated maybe.
Most nights I have a pint of hot full fat milk with two heaped spoons of cocoa powder and a heaped spoon of clotted cream.
