Lately juice and water only.
Water most of the time, coffee in the morning.
@Aziz what kind of juice?
Usually pomegrenate or cranberry or those Mio sugar free drinks. Sometimes diet 7up or diet coke.
Coffee and water is all I have.
Water cause it’s got zero Cal’s. I kinda cut out juice recently…also zero calorie monsters and stuff lol I’m not so healthy
@POET I drink coke zero and mountain dew zero but mostly I drink water
They won’t make you fat, but they will make you die
Not if drank in moderation and I don’t think that they are that unhealthy
@POET I haven’t had a monster in a bit but I do like them, the other day I drank a swedish fish energy drink it was soooo good
I take caffeine pills 200mg/pill for my caffeine needs.
I drink coffee in the morning and lacroix water and diet soda the rest of the day. I’m going to cut back on diet soda.
I drink mainly water and coffee.
Once in a blue moon I’ll have a Diet Coke
I plan to cut back on my mountain dew zero once my 12 pack is gone I think I have two left then I’ll drink none I think, I really like Earl grey tea with sweetener with collagen in it in the morning
Loool I know eh…great logic here haha. Tbh I just drink them cause they help me work out. Hopefully I can cut back. I start work Monday so that’ll be my exercise and I don’t usually have them at work cause I don’t want the crash .
Nice dude. I have heart problems so I personally stay away from those. If I take one or two too many I could give myself a heart attack or something.
I drink mostly Diet Mountain Dew and Diet Ginger Ale, and then I’ll have water with some flavor shots, like Mio.
I usually have a coffee with breakfast. Then i drink tea for the rest of the day with some water here and there for hydration.
ive been drinking alot of milk and soda lately. also water but not as much water as usual since we ran out of water bottles but have a seemingly infinite amount of milk. i get super thirsty recently like feel like a person in the desert. hopefully its not signs of diabetes because my a1c has jumped up recently into the prediabetic range
it probably is not beneficial tho to chug down 2 cups of milk when thirsty due to the calories. same with soda but soda is even worse nutritionally
