What do you do when your feelings have been hurt?

I get headaches and ideas of cheating.

i’ve never noticed. Maybe next time I will, as an exercise or maybe a key.

I get a feeling of betrayal or persecution. I then avoid the person who hurt my feelings and cling to others who have not.

I get really upset, I feel betrayed. I cry a lot.

I usually go and cry into my dogs’ fur…they never hurt my feelings…

I withdraw and isolate, and usually get away from the people that done it

Talk to those who really care for me…
