What do you do when you have sleeping difficulties

In this weekend my sleeping rhythm has been messed up. I have not been able to sleep during the night and then I have slept during the day. What do you do when you have sleeping difficulties?

Usually I just tough them out and try to reset my biological clock by staying up past the 24 hour cycle. If worse comes to worse try using a mild sleeping aid and cutting down on stimulation and caffeine before bed.

Something I learned about myself is that The vitamin D supplements I was taking to prevent Covid, were adversely effecting my sleep… also I was on simply too much medication across the board. Still I believe looking back both contributed to my insomnia…

I still cannot sleep late, mind you, but am getting 8 or 9 hours a night now. And have been now.

Still if it’s just one weekend I wouldn’t worry yet…
