Hi, I haven’t been depressed or haven’t been self-harming, but my voices have been increacing and iv’e been feeling quite bad because of that. I’ve have been been waiting to get to see my doctor again, what do you do when you have lots of voices?
Listen to relaxing music
Break out a deck of cards and deal them all bad hand, but not before I make them empty out the cash in their pockets to put in the kitty.
I listen to music too
I also listen to music when I have a lot of voices. It helps.
I ignore them the best I can and try not to respond. The more I interact with them the worse they get.
i get really angry and slam brake objects though im not violent to other people
I always listen to music, or put on a movie on high volume.
I don’t know how i do it, but I have found I can ground myself and fall asleep by just laying in bed a drifting off.
Sometimes it takes a while. The only side effect of this is being up early, but I prefer the quiet of the mornings now early doors rather than fighting trying to keep myself occupied in the evenings which I find hard.
I try to ignore them.
I talk to myself, or use mantras
I usually fight back but when that doesn’t work I listen to music or write in my journal
