Does it help? I have benztropine for mine. I havent taken the full dose immsupposed to but it doesnt help too much.

. Maybe you should cut it out.

Ohhh I had to stop drinking coffee. Anxiety/Panic got worse
And nevermind any energy drinks! Can’t handle that stuff anymore lol

Idk. I think before it got a little less noticable or i got used to it after a while but i lowered my dose too so maybe i just gotta get used to the higher dose again

For me it does. I’m on geodon and latuda and added 1mg extra in January. Since then my akinesia is under control. Some days I will still feel very restless.
Only way out is force myself to sleep.

Cogentin helps a litte. Doesn’t go away until I manage to fall asleep which takes a while. Hard to lie down, have to keep moving. Thankfully, I don’t get restlessness often.

My pdoc suggested Pamelor. I did not want to take it though.

When I had this my pdoc prescribed me metoprolol and it worked great!! Completely got rid of the restlessness!
