Hi - I’m trying to pull together a list of healthy activities that we all can do on a regular basis (or periodically at least). Can you please add your ideas below.
The goal here is to develop a good list of health-promoting activities that we can all turn to periodically when we can’t think of anything to do.
Here is my starter list…
Brush Teeth
Floss Teeth
Shower / bath
Go for Walk
Go for Run
Walk Dog
Drink Water
Check Blood Pressure
Check Weight
Visit Clubhouse
Call a Friend on the phone
Play brain-training game (like Lumosity or other game / cognitive rehabilitation program as listed here: http://psyberguide.org/
@SzAdmin The only ones on your list I do regularly are drink water and check weight(not that I have had any success losing).
If there was still a drop in for me to go to that would be added to the list.

I try to do yoga every day and practice piano every day. I also try to pray twice a day. I like the idea of being kind to someone. I try to be kind all of the time. Key word: try.
Watch something funny
Read something interesting
Get someone to hug, kiss and cuddle with
Dream about my deepest wishes come true
Post a smart comment and shake my own hand after I get enough responses.
