What Daily Health Activities do you do? Please add yours to the list

Hi - I’m trying to pull together a list of healthy activities that we all can do on a regular basis (or periodically at least). Can you please add your ideas below.

The goal here is to develop a good list of health-promoting activities that we can all turn to periodically when we can’t think of anything to do.

Here is my starter list…

Brush Teeth
Floss Teeth
Shower / bath
Go for Walk
Go for Run
Walk Dog
Drink Water
Check Blood Pressure
Check Weight
Visit Clubhouse
Call a Friend on the phone
Play brain-training game (like Lumosity or other game / cognitive rehabilitation program as listed here: http://psyberguide.org/

Enjoy hobbies.

Get up + find something to do - One thing leads to another for a while.

Stand + look out the window or door.

Find a haiku or write a poem - or song. Use some images you might have seen looking out…

If no one’s around, be bold, and sing out loud.

Practice a little free dance or free movement. Be careful not to strain little used muscles - but feel free!

Order a pizza. as a reward + challenge. Don’t forget the tip. How much? Guess.

@SzAdmin The only ones on your list I do regularly are drink water and check weight(not that I have had any success losing).
If there was still a drop in for me to go to that would be added to the list.

Read 18th grade level books and articles and then come up with my own research questions

3.5 mile run
Strength training
Strict diet
Go to class
Make an A every time
Read for hours

Talk to myself for three hours, beginning with an argument with my reflection when I step out of the shower

Take more meds from my nightstand
Watch violent yet empowering anime like Attack on Titan

Go to sleep

Wake up from nightmares in withdrawal from multiple drugs, both legal and prescription, from no fun to big money on the street

I use to do cardio for 25 minutes then do weight lifting but my equipment is in an unheated garage so I am taking a break for the winter.

Just do something productive for an hour each day as all those 1 hours add up.

I try to do yoga every day and practice piano every day. I also try to pray twice a day. I like the idea of being kind to someone. I try to be kind all of the time. Key word: try.

While looking out the window, wave a big happy good morning wave for all of the surveillance cameras.
