I need to stop staying indoors all the time feeling sorry for myself. What should I do besides shopping?

Can you get outside in nature? Gardening, taking hikes, all sorts of things to do in nature. This morning I spent time clearing brush and vines from around some evergreen trees and along the road…it needed done…some of it wasn’t enjoyable like when I ran into sharp thorns a few times…but the outcome is much nicer now, and it kept me active…
Borrow a neighbor dog for walks. It’s much more fun to walk if it is meaningful. And what is better than a happy dog making you smile and feel good?
I like to people watch. Sometimes I go places just to sit for hours and watch people.
Go to the library or take a walk through a nice park. Sometimes when I’m a bit low, I go feed ducks. That cheers me up many times.
