I had never thought of a cup of tea as anything but a calmer. But I’m thinking now, if I’ll bother to make it, that it might also help apathy.
Nothing yet, Abilify slightly improved it but gave me bigger issues.

Activate your executive function part of your mind or use your thinking skills to keep negative symptoms under control. There are several games and activities which uses thinking skills like chess, brain training games based on planning, problem solving, reasoning skills etc.
I think these games only improve cognition, not negative symptoms. I played them, my cognition improved but not my negative symptoms, I still stay in bed all day everyday. They are good but just not for negative symptoms.
When cognition improves negative symptoms also improve slowly. Keep training.
