My birthday is coming, Sept 3, I’ll be 49 years old. I do not get any birthday presents from other people and so I have decided to buy something for myself. My budget is just 20 EUROs (a little over 20 USDs). First I thought that I would buy some Napoleon cognac, but then I decided not to buy it. Maybe I should go out and eat well, maybe not this either because I do not like restaurants. So what should I buy for myself? Any suggestions?

A couple of good books? 
You could go watch a movie…but books sounds better…
I do not really know what books are good. I often get free books from our library’s free book recycling area. I do have some trouble in concentrating and reading books, often I just look at pictures.
Yes, a movie might be good. My little town has one movie theater and I could go and watch a movie, I have not gone to any movies in many years, I do watch DVDs often. The movie ticket is 7 euros, so I still would have 13 euros more to spend in my birthday present.

i picked up a card with a nice picture on it and it was £3.50 for the card and another £12 to get it framed, it looked really nice in my bathroom so i got 2
