Health first… because if I don’t have my health… I don’t have the ability to deal with any of the rest of it.

Family… since they have been through the trauma with me.

Relationships… getting better at dealing with people and keeping a support system in place.

Spirituality… finding that calm… finding the way to help the mind let go of the destructive habits.
