I just had a burrito and a banana.
I had half a banana with my breakfast today. It was good because I mixed it with blueberries and my protein shake.

I didn’t feel like cooking tonight. I’m down to apples and bananas for snack food.
Just gonna have a turkey and cheese toastie. Have to eat up some meat in the fridge.
Can you mix it with protein? A couple eggs would make it a good meal.

I had baked salmon with cauliflower rice and for dessert some Greek yogurt and blueberries.
I don’t like any fish or seafood besides tuna. But the rest of your meal sounds great
I’m not crazy about fish either but it’s super healthy so I eat some.
I had Italian sausage on a bun qith mustard and relish. My kids think the relish part is gross, lol.
Wow. Good for you @Vertigo. That’s not always easy. I drink 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with the Mother in it mixed with some water every morning. It’s supposed to help manage blood sugar and it helps lose fat too. I do it, but I hate it.
