I was outside working all day today and didn’t eat anything tell just now. I had some steak, chicken, snickers, peanut m&ms and a Frisco melt. Lol I’m pretty full at the moment. I have a food baby going on

i am on a diet, so ive cut meals down…along with long distance walking, i want my 32’’ waist back…

This thing and a sandwich.

Its like a rice krispy treat with cinnamon toast crunch and cocoa puffs.

Sorry, I hope I didn’t offend you with that remark, it wasn’t in any way intended to offend.
I was thinking if I should say it hurt a lot, because when it does hurt, it hurts like a bad toothache in each joint on my fingers.

Both grandma’s of mine were affected with this, and yes, you’d think they’d have come up with-something, anything
to ease the pain, but I haven’t been to a Dr. for a few years.

Before I hit 45 years old, I had no idea about it, other than hearing my grandma complain how it was bad.

Good thing is it doesn’t hurt all the time, seems “seasonal”? “cyclic”?
Maybe 3 times a year, for maybe a weeks at a time?

Your definitely knot th reason me gnarled fingers hurt.
