Well this is a crunchy topic. What do you think?

I’m having a hard time. Idk if I should take some Haldol.

Idk it’s so difficult because I really believe everything yet olanzapine keeps me semi aware of reality.

ANYWAY

I got a divine message saying: I don’t have any mental illnesses. This is major.

I have been thinking about which meds to reduce and stop first. I am seeing my dr on Wed. She has said she can help me reduce my heavy med load.

I have been doing really well because I can set things like this aside.

But I get tempted to reduce meds.

Tell your Pdoctor about your thoughts and your “divine message”. Let them advise you on what to do.

The direction that you are headed does not sound good.

When you see your pdoc on Wed, let them know this

I third the above replies, your doctor should be made aware. Sounds like the start of a lack of medication is causing a start to potential delusions

No I’m sorry. I haven’t reduced any meds yet. But if I ask my dr will help me. She’s said this before. I am on a lot. Idk.

Well, thats a decision for you and your pdoc to make, but you need to be sure they have all the information about whats going on with you in order to make that decision properly.

Please make sure that you tell them everything. Now may not be the time to reduce.

That’s good advice @Bowens

Thanks much.

I am just having a hard time rn. I am so FIXATED on this.

I always think I have to be the dr or 2 steps ahead of my dr. I wish I could just let it go and let my dr do her job. Instead I obsess when I get messages and then get thinking and ideas and it just continues into ■■■■.

My head is so random and loud rn

And I’m trying to follow a recipe

If you are experiencing a rise in symptoms, maybe the haldol will help relax all the thoughts. I hope you feel better, I know its hard. I am on a lot of meds too but I know they are all critical to my mental health
