No. Long Covid is when you’re no longer positive but you continue to have symptoms

I’m sorry @CoCo but they will eventually go away.
I fell ill for a while too.

Hey @Wave… I feel a lot better. I still have a cough but I think that’s just because of the weather.

How are you and your dad?

@CoCo did you go to the doctor today?

Yes. The post is about me going today and what happened

I am getting rest @LunaNoir. Thanks  now I need to try to move around a bit and maybe start walking everyday. I feel so exhausted even that will be hard. But I’ll try

:slightly_smiling_face: you can do it. Start slow and build up each day.

Sorry to hear that. Hope you’re better soon. They say vitamin D is helpful and the antacid: Famotidine.

Yeah. My dr checked my vitamin b12 and D today. I’ll know tomorrow if she wants me to take more of those

I’m still not sure whether I had a bad cold or Omicron, but it lasted 3 weeks and basically consisted of fatigue, nasal congestion, and headaches. I just isolated and got plenty of rest.

I’m sure you’ll get through it but I’m sorry that you have it, it’s no fun.
