I caught Covid sometime on my recent trip to the UK back in mid July 2022. It is now September and I’m still suffering from it. I feel worn out and like I have no stamina or endurance anymore. I get short of breath with minimal exertion like climbing a flight of stairs. My gp has ordered a CAT scan of the chest to rule out interstitial pneumonia. She said my lungs sounded clear upon auscultation.
I’m sorry to hear this @SkinnyMe. I hope it stops soon.
Thanks @HollyHobbie.
Sorry to hear @SkinnyMe I hope you get some answers and feel better soon.
I hope they figure it out @SkinnyMe
Wishing you the best.
I had long Covid a while back. It was awful. I was so exhausted and I felt like someone vacuumed all the energy right out of me. It lasted for 2 months. I hope your test shows you’re ok. Good luck!
I had fatigue before covid and now I have it after so I already had fatigue and idk if its any better or any worse but I would like to be less exhausted some times, i’m pretty unfit as well though ![]()
I am glad your getting it checked out
My niece got told she had long covid, but now they’re doing more tests as she’s getting sicker
She’s only 11. I hope she’ll be ok
I don’t know how to spell the suspected issue, but it’s an immune problem I think
Oh no! You must be so worried about her. And she’s so young! I hope she’s ok
I hope so to. Thanks
Not as close to my step sister these days, so I only hear through my parents what is going on
But it sounds like it might be a life long ailment from what they said
11 is very young to start having health issues ![]()
Wow. I really hope it’s not lifelong. I had long Covid. It took about 3 months oral to feel better. How long has she been sick?
She had these rash things and sickness before, but it got worse after she had Covid-19
Now it has got even worse, so they’re doing all sorts of tests.
Hopefully she will be ok
I know the hospitals are stretched at the moment, but I would have thought being a child is on her side
I really hope it’s something that will resolve on its own soon or that can be easily treated. Poor kid. Is she able to go to school?
I don’t think she went back to school for the new term that just started
Think they should hopefully get something sorted soon
I hope she gets well soon
Thanks @LilyoftheValley - I hope so too
@Joker, I will pray for your niece and family.
