Wish people talked about this stuff in real life. I don’t have any friends who are even interested. I’ve had some good conversations now and then with random folk and friends, but most of the time it’s just mundane ■■■■.
I don’t even feel compatible with people in general, but that’s another issue.
Keep it up folks. I’m learning a lot from you all. Glad to be a part of the site.
In groups… at clubs… I don’t find anyone to talk to about more complex stuff… but get a person on their own… away from the clubs and stuff… and that is when the real conversations start.
I have much better luck talking to people when it’s just one person at a time. A group of people… someone is trying to be all things to all people and it’s hard to get to know anyone.
@surprisedj yeah man totally agree. Hate group convos, one on one is a breeze, sometimes it’s tough to find someone who wants to chat like that though.
I think there is always subtle encouragement to try and pay attention to the group.
You all have been very good to me so thanks for the support peeps. We need to row this boat in unison. @SoitGoes you’ve been a positive influence for me.
