I don’t like Weezer anymore, I think the music is destructive. Has anyone here had a change in music tastes?

I stopped listening to rap about guns. I just got really into a Weezer album titled “everything will be alright in the end”. Why do you think Weezer, in particular, is destructive?

I love Weezer. Have they had any fresh mainstream popularity since their Africa cover? They seem to have a hit every few years.

Yeah, I don’t like pearl jam singing anymore and tend to reevaluate artists that seem to have been infected with that hey ho singing style like alanis morissette.
I’ve become fed up of Armin van Buuren. I used to be a huge fan.

I walked away from melodic melancolic music. I don’t like the fact that often the music is happy while the lyrics are sad. Like REM, U2, Barenaked ladies, etc.

I’ve been trying to get away from Soundgarden and NIN again for about a year now. It was forward thinking music even at the time, but at least one step backwards morally. Talk about destructive!

I know what you mean. Every person’s experience with music is unique as is each person’s schizophrenia triggers at one time.
