California outdoors, I know of a few vineyards that would be pretty.
I’d personally prefer to elope, and have a party. But my fiancée comes from a very large catholic Mexican family. It’s…it’s a lot of people I can’t disappoint.

Are you a member at any Catholic Churches? You have to go through their class and promise to raise your kids Catholic and join a church before they’ll marry you.

But I have to say to @Ooorgle that big weddings are not worth it.
Unless that’s really what you want.
I had a big wedding,
My family and my husband’s family didn’t super get along and some people were jerks.
I’d suggest just having some friends and close family for a small, inexpensive event.
Big weddings with extended family members ( ones you hardly know anyway ) are a pain in the ass, expensive and not worth the emotional stress.
We had a small justice of the peace ceremony and gathering at our apartment.
My mom and dad had a small wedding. They didn’t have time to save for a big one because the baby was coming soon.

Nope, that’s a compromise on her part, No mass wedding.
I’ve got issues about religion. Angel delusion. So it’s safer we have a nondenominational.
Don’t want me believing I’m an angel on the alter. Lol 
Fiancée is a “Catholic-Lite”. She’s studied it and done the classes.
Okay then that’s way easier!
Her family knows my Illness and accepts me for it. It’s very easy.
Was easier for them to comprehend when I explained my visions of angels. And how the pills make them go away because they’re too powerful to handle.
They know Ooorgle hears angels.
