My review of it is it is mediocre. A few funny parts here and there, but mostly not. The story holds your interest just enough keep you going along.
I’m not trying to take anything away from Emma Stone, however. She did an excellent job of protraying a baby in a womans body. But the movie itself, like many movies IMO, was not worth all the hype surrounding it.
It’s also a pretty unbelievable film. The rate at which she learns is a bit hard to believe, for example, among lots of other fantastical things in the film.
There are also sex scenes…I mean A LOT of sex scenes. The amount of scenes revolving around sex in some form or another is probably around 2 or 3 DOZEN. You may think I’m joking but I’m really not.
Anywho, to sum it up:
Good acting
ok entertainment value, but not the best I’ve ever watched
Lots and lots of sex
Overall, worth watching if your bored, but I wouldnt go out of your way if you have better things to do.
