So its been about a week since I started taking niacin. Now I cant conclusively say its the niacin but my voices are changing. Maybe I have just come to the point where my mind starts to reject this ■■■■■■■■ and it sets itself free. I’m sitting here at my brothers house alone on the couch and I only hear the faintest of voices. There have also been lapses in the telepathy which has pretty much dominated my life. But I think its all getting better.
So glad to hear you are improving Bryan. You’ve had it rough.
That’s awesome! I can’t imagine what it is like to hear voices all of the time. They may be something that you will have to live with, but just be faint. I know I will always have my hallucinations and delusions, I just won’t be controlled by them. I hope this continues for you. 
So what are your thoughts focused on now? Have you noticed things like planing ahead for decluttering,getting rid of the toxic etc. improved socializing even the thought of improving socializing and your social group ie more positive or less toxic? Improvement or thinking about improving your basic self care ie showering, shaving regularly etc? Are these thoughts half assed or a slow clarity of breaking it down to how to achieve sort of thing? .
Well my thoughts are largely full of relief. A great burden has been lifted. Still got to get my disability app lined out and I’ve got an assessment with voc rehab. Really I have the frame of mind to think about anything again instead of ruminating in the darkness of the unclear. I did shave though. I do this pretty infrequently. I typically let it grow out every time thinking I’ll let it grow out for a year.

It sounds like you are near that light at the end of the tunnel. Congratulations. What a relief it is to have a moment of inner silence… the vocational rehab and getting stronger… things are looking up for you.
You’ve been fighting this with everything you’ve got. I’m glad this is turning around for you.
