I watched a program that animal foods are inflammation causing.

Fish oil always seemed to make my inflammation worse. I do really well with turmeric and occasionally MSM plus take probiotics. Also reduce carbs at night. I avoid NSAIDs as much as possible. Anything which seems to make my sinuses feel better is usually good for my arthritis.

I think vitamin D helps reduce inflammation if you have an active bacterial or viral infection. It does seem to boost the immune system.

It is not equivalent to an antibiotic as that is medicine, but it does support immune health. And, forms that are hydro-soluble absorb better.

I like fish oil. I get the one with a good ratio of EPA / DHA. I read a paper or two saying it increases dopamine in the frontal cortex, which helps motivate me and uplifts my mood.
