Vitamin A is helping my schizophrenia

If you know, could you share where you found this out? Also does it matter how far apart the ingestion of the two is? What I mean is, if you eat a steak with black pepper on it and some carrots on the side does that work?

I gather you have to have them both within half hour.

Not sure though.

I think that eating a vegan wholesome lifestyle. Is good for psychosis. It is not the one cure. But I think it helps. Because I think psychosis is an inflammatory disease.

And eating this way is relatively anti inflammatory.

Nourishing to the gut which affects the brain.

If you want evidence just look it up, scientific journals on mental illness, inflammatory gut, inflammatory food etc. :wink:

I think several things factor in though, not just eating patterns.

Interesting article. I may have to adapt to the Mediterranean diet and give it a go. I mean there’s plenty of vitamin A rich foods in the Mediterranean diet. Adding black pepper to those foods mean I wouldn’t have to eat as much.

Thanks

Also, I forgot to add that too much vitamin A (vitamin A overdose) can actually cause a vitamin A deficiency.

I also started eating carrots and noticed difference in auditory voices.

I’m using vitamin K2 mk7 200mcg to decalcify my pineal gland

@Ale

Try not to eat too much because you can get vitamin A toxicity

@Ale

Just be careful with supplements.
