I think I hit rock bottom with this SZ stuff. I always responded to medication to suppress symptoms a little. My psychiatrists saw me at rock bottom. They want to make sure I don’t end up there again. The narrative is to make sure I have what I need for the rest of my life. As long as I have the basics in life always taken care of and don’t hit rock bottom again I would like to pursue recovery.
