I’ve taken my PRN supplement (beta alanine) 2 days in a row now.

Hey EH. Yeah I have a prn I can take. It certainly helps but am only prescribed one a day so am careful when I take it.

Actually my morning meds have kicked in bow so am feeling a fair bit better.
