Don’t vape THC folks…

I think flavored vapes are dangerous. There is just such a rise in kids using it… I think it might be an okay alternative to smoking adults, but not kids. Let’s not draw them in with cherry and apple flavors.

My stepmom’s brothers kid has been smoking/vaping since age 13!

It’ll mess up your lungs

Diacetyl, used in some flavoring is what’s linked to popcorn lung. People are using it in vape fluid. Dumb

I don’t know. Millions of people aren’t having a problem. Just people who vape THC. Like this guy.

This would be the worlds first case of popcorn lung caused by Diacetyl on it’s own From vaping. Despite millions and millions using it.

So I’m pretty dubious about it being Diacetyl. But I don’t know what the guy was inhaling in his THC mixture.

Diacetyl is banned in Europe along with THC.

Not one case of vaping illness in Europe so far.

Hrm, very valid points.

But aside from diacetyl, what would you think it was?

Loaded question I know, they could be using any stupid method for getting the THC oils.

According to the article

However the doctors admit the “exact mechanism of injury and causative agent are unknown” and call for further research into “all potentially toxic components” in electronic cigarettes.

So nobody has a clue!

But the common factor is THC. Vaping THC seems like playing russian roulette.

Inhaling vape fluid seems like a huge gamble anyways. Poor kid though.

I used to smoke weed out of a hollowed out highlighter through a water bottle when I first started smoking.

After a couple of years, I smoked ‘poppers’, where you stuff a large chunk of tobacco through a pipe stem and then put in a bit of weed.

I used to smoke a pack of cigs a day as well.

I lived. Surprised my lungs didnt deteriorate all this time.
