V-shred is doing lots of advertising. Has anyone seen more information on his exercise and diet advice?
I’ve been seeing that guys ad’s for years.
I’ve seen those ads countless times. I think I’ll stick to the diet my dietician has worked on me with, and exercise in the way my trainer approves. Everyone has different needs. You should be weary of anyone promising a “one size fits all” diet and exercise routine. Everyone should assess what works best for them.
I’ve seen them on YouTube. I think they promote carb cycling with healthy foods. Carb cycling means you have one day without carbs, another day with carbs.
See your doctor for a real diet and exercise plan. Avoid the expensive fad crap.
