Are they listed by stats? 
Like, I just noticed I am often in a higher position, I mean closer to the top. Does it mean I am one of the most active and etc?

You can click on the 3 bars in the top right corner, then select users, and then you can select the time period.
That way you can see the most active users in the last day, week, month, year, and all time.
And yes, they are ordered from most active to least active.

It means I am the most active of all time 
gosh I am here for only longer than a year.
But it’s a very good thing!! I am happy cause of it.
I really hope I made something good here. I mean, lifted moods, gave hope or smth.

If you’re not in the top 10. They list you first.
The order is by number of likes received.
