I take a little comfort that it hasn’t gotten stronger in the past 3 hours and the satellite picture doesn’t look like a classic storm at the moment but the forecast looks dire and I heard talk of 70 mph wind gusts possible near where I live which would do a number on the power grid. I don’t really drink but the news depressed me.
Well we were supposed to get Marco too and we never even got any rain.
I don’t drink. As long as the power doesn’t go out I am okay.

Is it still raining?
My phone is forecasting wind tomorrow. Never seen that before. Starting at 4 pm. The rain starts at 8 am.
At this point the only realistic hope of anyone in its path is that it changes direction. If you are near the coast I hope you have moved inland. Otherwise if you are in its path prepare for blackouts. I hope you stay safe.
