I’ve noticed that online pharmacies don’t have the same issue, at least in my experience.

I saw recently that the most popular high street pharmacist in my area (Boots) is being sold to a different company.
I used to go to boots for about 13 years or so but I got so sick of them not telling me when the meds are ready or having to queue for 15 minutes just to give them my prescription. Ordering online is so much better and so much less stressful
