I am glad I have not had nicotine in 14 days and have managed to resist the temptation to buy any nicotine products. Seven days more and I have been able to break my nicotine habit.

Having anxiety here in Florida yesterday I smoked two cigars. I also take my prescribed dose of klonopin which I usually rarely take anymore back home.

I don’t freak out anymore not having my instant nikotinhit as i need it.
